Chopped and powdered parsley is obtained through careful selection of raw material and proper processing (preparation and drying) of fresh parsley. Since the drying process is carried out utilizing modern equipment, the aroma and useful properties of the parsley in the dried product are well-reserved. 

We offer chopped (small pieces – 2x6mm) and powdered dried parsley.

There are no impurities, additives, preservatives, or dyes present in the product. 

Production and packaging of dried parsley meet all requirements of Ukrainian as well as international food safety standards.

Organoleptic properties of dried parsley are almost identical to the features of fresh parsley. Dried parsley is rich in essential oils, vitamins A, B, and C, mineral salts, iron, calcium, and phosphorus. 

Due to the proper natural preservation of the product, the shelf life of dried parsley is much longer.
