Dried beetroot is made of selected raw material through drying in compliance with the proper dehydration procedure, maintaining its flavor and intense color.

There are no impurities, additives, preservatives, or dyes present in the product. 

We offer chopped (stripes – 3x3x30mm, flakes – 10x10x2mm) and powdered dried beetroot, production of which meets all requirements of Ukrainian and international food safety standards.

Chopped and powdered dried beetroots retain the uniform burgundy color of fresh beetroot. The product is rich in vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, carotenoids, amino acids, iron, manganese, potassium, calcium, cobalt, magnesium, and iodine. 

Since the shelf life of chopped and powdered dried beetroots exceeds the shelf life of fresh beetroot and dried products are more compact, it is much more convenient to store naturally dried beetroots.

Dried beetroot is widely used for preparing different first and second-course dishes, soups, borscht, sauces, meat, and fish pastes, as well as lots of dietary supplements. 

Along with that, dried beetroot in powdered form is usually used as a natural dye.

Dried beetroot might be used independently or combined with a wide variety of seasonings.
