Chopped and powdered dried cabbage is obtained through grinding and subsequent drying of high-quality white cabbage. The product is a flake or powder of light yellow-greenish color. 

There are no impurities, additives, preservatives, or dyes present in the product. 

We offer chopped (flakes – 10x10mm or 6x6mm) and powdered dried cabbage.Production and packaging of chopped and powdered dried cabbage meet all requirements of Ukrainian as well as international food safety standards.

Chopped and powdered dried cabbage retains the nutritional value of fresh cabbage (vitamins A and K, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, selenium, zinc, manganese). 

The natural preservation of the products makes long-term storage possible. Along with that, 1kg dried cabbage is equivalent to 6-8kg of fresh cabbage; therefore, the dried product is more compact and convenient to store.
